Any payments made to the platform for services are subject to the payment terms defined by the Company. These terms will be displayed to the user at the time of subscription. The current fee structure is available on the platform.
The applicable fee, including GST and delivery charges (if any), will be clearly shown before completing the payment transaction.
In case of any technical error resulting in incorrect fee display, the Company will notify the user as soon as possible. If the correct fee is higher, the user will be informed via registered email or phone number. The user may be required to pay the remaining balance to continue using the services.
Super-30 uses third-party payment gateway providers to process transactions. The Company is not responsible for any payment failures due to bank or gateway issues. Such issues must be resolved directly with the respective payment provider.
Services will only be activated after successful receipt of payment. If payment is not completed by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or deny access to the services.
Once a subscription is activated, cancellation requests may not be entertained. Users are advised to review all terms before making payment.
